“Bahiryatra” means “journey” in Sanskrit. It’s not the most original of my ideas but it popped into my head in a very free-association sort of way so I decided to go with it. I liked layering the colors to create a stained glass feel. It was fun using color that way and I like how the under-image in pen and ink showed through the colored pencil above it.
